Shipping charge is free except Okinawa, Kagoshima (Kyushu Area) Hokkaido and others Island.
(Weight limits up to 24kg, size limit up to 120 cm box)
The Frozen shipping charge will be extra for shipment.
￥880-Yen Extra charges If purchasing of food items is less than ￥9505-Yen
Delivery will be done next day, if order receive before 11:00am (Monday ~ Friday).
Order dispatch on next working day, if order receive after 10:00am Saturday. Sunday delivery okay for special request to the shop manager.
Please don’t expect delivery on Sunday if you placed order on Saturday after 10:00am, you would receive it on Monday only. May not dispatch parcel on Sunday & Japan calendar holidays!!
For Okinawa, Kyushu Area and Hokkaido Area!!
Shipping charge 1,320 Yen will be levied for Okinawa, Kyushu and Hokkaido area and cart weight is 24kg.
Free home delivery is available for the below prefectures if the total order amount is above ￥12,000 Yen (without tax) and total cart weight is under 24Kg. If the order amount is less than ￥12,000 Yen then 1,320 Yen shipping charge will be added.

Payment Methods
Presently only one payment methods are available Cash on Delivery
Payment in Cash is collected by delivery man ( Tak Yubin Company, not our staff ) at the time of delivery, if you fail to pay the amount in full, parcel can not be delivered (Once parcel has been dispatched, payment option can not be changed, even if you call us and want us to speak to the delivery boy)
Refund Policies
Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.
Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone only before 1:00 PM on the same working day or next working day if your order placed on a holiday. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment.
